salon six four cancellation policy

please understand that our clients’ satisfaction is our number one goal. cancellations and/or being late Affects other clients’ time of being pampered. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 48 hours* before your appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee.

  • APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED LESS THAN 48 HOURS WITHIN APPOINTMENT will be charged 50% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE.

  • no-show clients will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.

  • All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone/text. Appointment cancellations through email or social media are not accepted.
